Three conscious questions you should ask yourself
To prepare for the future, it's essential to explore the interverse before venturing into the metaverse. Let's get started!
The Interverse
Bugs IRL
Embodiment
Challenge your belief system so that by aligning your actions to your values you can find fulfilment in your work and re-define your purpose.
Explore the IRL Bugs - In Real Life Bugs - to become problem finders and move from the symptoms to the causes of the crisis we face today.
Practice what you preach and embody what you practice so that the design process becomes a transformative journey for you too.
Business meets consciousness
The state of being 'busy' has been widely adopted in our workplaces. Now it's time we embody a new state: consciousness.
New technologies will disrupt the way we work, but through the practice of awareness we can set the agenda for our future work.
By moving the focus from what we do - operational work - to why we do it - meaningful work - we can break some established assumptions and bring new creativity, vision and purpose to our respective fields of expertise.
I am eager to guide you through a journey that turns consciousness into your greatest skill to design a better world.

Hello, I'm Fede
Thanks for joining the movement!
My name is Federica Gherardi and I am Data&Research Director at AKQA, a leading international design agency.
In the last 10 years I've been involved in service, brand and business design projects for major international brands and I have let myself been inspired by the emerging fields of awareness-based practices thus becoming Advisor of the Presenting Institute. With a background in psychology and a personal interest in meditation, I believe we can't and shouldn't separate our professional carriers from personal and communal growth.
In the enquiry into the future of design my aim is to bring the focus back onto every one of us - designers, change makers, future shapers - because tomorrow's world depends on our today's mindset.
Honing one's mindset is also the linchpin to a designer's future. In a perpetually changing landscape, mastering the technicalities is just part of the equation. It is equally crucial to nurture a mindset that allows one to adapt and innovate, crafting designs that harmonize aesthetic appeal, user experience, and ethical considerations seamlessly.
Our thoughts and perceptions shape the way we approach design problems, making mindset the foundational element of future success in design.
